Here's how it works:

1. the person(s) who registers with me to buy a home will open "their own bank account" at a bank of their choice and control deposits and withdrawals and be solely responsible for it.

2. Realty Experts LLC will act as a drop off or mailing address (if desired) for that person or your friends can send a check directly to you. 

3. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED. 

4. All checks will be made out to the person(s) on the Bank Account (not Realty Experts)

5. Dan of Realty Experts will contribute $300 or more (depends on sales price) towards closing costs to be paid at the closing of the home (minimum sales price of $100,000, and MLS listed) within 1 year.

6.  The buyer must sign a buyer agreement to purchase a home with me or my assigned associate (no fee).

7. The parents of the married couple will  get $300 or more discount coupons good for 1 year, if they sell and/or buy a home with me. Buy and sell and get $600 or more.

8. Anyone giving to the account will be given a $300 or more discount coupon good for 1 year, for the buying and/or selling property with me. Buy and sell and get $600 or more.

9. If the person's account exceeds $5,000 before the wedding and if they so desire .I'll have a representative from Realty Experts, LLC come to the wedding to present a KING SIZE CHECK to the married couple, so the people that contributed can celebrate the results of the combined effort.
